Pakora's or Pakoray is a famous Pakistani Snack can be served with Tea or in min-parties etc :D
It is made with Poweder of Chick Peas also called "Besan"
Pakoras are eaten most in Ramadan and Rainy Days :D

Ingredients:
- Chickpea Powder (Besan)
- Onion finely Chopped
- Salt
- Red Chilli Powder
- Green Chilli Chopped
- And yea *Secret Ingredient* EGG!! (to make the pakora's more fluffy and soft)
- Water, to mix and make batter of pakora
- Oil to fry (deep fry)
- Make batter of Besan with help of water
- Add salt,chilli powder, Egg and make batter
- when the batter is done add other ingredients and mix well
- take tablespoon of batter and put it in hot oil
- fry till golden brown
- Serve with Chutney or Ketchup or even Tea :)
