Ingredients:
- Meat (half kg)
- Chana Daal (half cup)
- Daal Mash (half cup)
- Daal Masoor (half cup)
- Wheat (half cup)
- Salt (2 tbsp)
- Red Chilli (2 tbsp)
- Turmeric Powder (2 tbsp)
- Zeera Powder (2 tbsp)
- Coriander Powder (2 tbsp)
- Garam Masala (2 tbsp)
- Ginger Garlic Paste (4 tbsp)
- Dahi/Yougurt (1 Cup)
- Boil and blend green chilli, lemon ginger garlic,onion,meat.
- Boil Wheat
- Golden Brown Onion
- Cook Ginger Garlic paste, onion and meat in 1 cup oil
- Mix all the masalas in it
- now add all the boiled daals
- and grend :D
- Now Serve with Lemon,Fried Onion,Chilli and Ginger :)
