Ingredients:
  • Meat (half kg)    
  • Chana Daal (half cup)  
  • Daal Mash (half cup)     
  • Daal Masoor (half cup) 
  • Wheat (half cup) 
  • Salt (2 tbsp)  
  • Red Chilli (2 tbsp) 
  • Turmeric Powder (2 tbsp) 
  • Zeera Powder (2 tbsp) 
  • Coriander Powder (2 tbsp) 
  • Garam Masala (2 tbsp)  
  • Ginger Garlic Paste (4 tbsp)   
  • Dahi/Yougurt  (1 Cup)
Method:
  • Boil and blend green chilli, lemon ginger garlic,onion,meat.
  • Boil Wheat
  • Golden Brown Onion
  • Cook Ginger Garlic paste, onion and meat in 1 cup oil
  • Mix all the masalas in it
  • now add all the boiled daals
  • and grend :D
  • Now Serve with Lemon,Fried Onion,Chilli and Ginger :)

Masala Toast

Ingredients :

  • 6 Bread Slices
  • 1 Onion 
  • 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 3 Green chilies 
  • 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ tsp  Chili powder
  • ½ tsp  Mustard Powder
  • 3 – 4 tbsp Oil
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Coriander leaves (For Garnishing)
  • Salt (taste)
Method:
  • Finely chop one onion, two – three green chilies, few coriander leaves and a pair of tomatoes.Add three – four cheddar slices take items. additionally add ½ tsp flavourer, ½ tsp mustard powder, salt to style and four – five tbsp ketchup.
  • Now unfold this mixture on three bread slices and canopy with the remaining 3 bread slices.Now toast every sandwich in an exceedingly frypan from each the perimeters. Press with a spoon and toast till golden brown.
  • Remove crust of bread (if u want to) and serve with ketchup or mayo salad :)

Daal Chawal *Lentil Rice* :p

Ingrediensts:

  • Rice (Half kg)    
  • Salt (To Tase)  
  • Cinnamon (1inch)  
  • Chick Pea Lentil *Daal Chana* (Half Cup)   
  • Zeera Powder (to taste )   
  • Butter (50 gram)
 Method:
Put water in Sauce Pan....Put all ingredients and Cook for 20 mins......Boil Lentil on other pan...... Stir when boiled...... Mix Lentil and Rice in one Pan ... Add Zeera Powder Add butter cover and cook at low heat for 10-15 mins
Serve with Achaar, Raita or Ketchup and Enjoy :)

Everyone love these yummy, crispy snack Samosay.
Samosay could be stuffed with anything fish,vegetable or meat etc
But the most famous Samosay are Potato Samosay (Vegetable) and Meat Samose (Keema)

Here's the recipe of Veggie Samosay :D

Ingredients:

 (For Stuffing)

  • Cabbage (thinly sliced and fried)
  • Boiled Potatoes (Mashed)
  • Boiled Peas
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Chopped Onion
  • Imlee Paste
(For Samosa)
  • Samosa Layers
  • Batter of Flour and Water (for sticking )
  • Oil to fry


Method:
  • Add all the ingredients of stuffing together
  • Fill in Samosa Layers and use paste of flour and water to stick well
  • Deep Fry in hot oil and serve :)

Pakoras (Mini-Snack) :p

Pakora's or Pakoray is a famous Pakistani Snack can be served with Tea or in min-parties etc :D
It is made with Poweder of Chick Peas also called "Besan"
Pakoras are eaten most in Ramadan and Rainy Days :D

Ingredients:

  • Chickpea Powder (Besan)
  • Onion finely Chopped
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Green Chilli Chopped
  • And yea *Secret Ingredient* EGG!! (to make the pakora's more fluffy and soft)
  • Water, to mix and make batter of pakora
  • Oil to fry (deep fry)
Method:

  • Make batter of Besan with help of water
  • Add salt,chilli powder, Egg and make batter
  • when the batter is done add other ingredients and mix well
  • take tablespoon of batter and put it in hot oil
  • fry till golden brown
  • Serve with Chutney or Ketchup or even Tea :)
