Daal Chawal *Lentil Rice* :p

Ingrediensts:

  • Rice (Half kg)    
  • Salt (To Tase)  
  • Cinnamon (1inch)  
  • Chick Pea Lentil *Daal Chana* (Half Cup)   
  • Zeera Powder (to taste )   
  • Butter (50 gram)
 Method:
Put water in Sauce Pan....Put all ingredients and Cook for 20 mins......Boil Lentil on other pan...... Stir when boiled...... Mix Lentil and Rice in one Pan ... Add Zeera Powder Add butter cover and cook at low heat for 10-15 mins
Serve with Achaar, Raita or Ketchup and Enjoy :)
